Banned App - how check ?

hey hey,
How do I check if my fb app is banned? I make many apps every day on fb and this is my problem.
Maybe you know easy way in PHP to check this? Script where I put my app id and then show me banned or not banned?
It is possible to check ?

simply go to url and if it shows error page return message saying its been banned
ineo and other apps have this function

Note down the canvas URL and just log in to any of the facebook account and check if the url leads to your apps.

But when I get message "Publishing Feed Stories disabled" from facebook, it's not a ban but it's a dead for my app too. And how check this? I need a simply script in PHP, where I can put ID and it return me status my app (dead or alive app). Anybody can write this for me? Please guys
