I ordered 10k retention views (70-100%) for 64 seconds video and i got 40k views with 17 seconds average view duration (26% retention)

The views are from Facebook embed and that's good but the retention is the worst I've seen so far. I understood the referrer views weren't high retention and that's why i did not get at least 70% retention for a minute video.

I thought when you were releasing 100% retention views they would actually be high retention, but i was wrong

Hi vlad, we found the issue. It was missed out when i was not well. I mentioned few posts above that first 15 - 20 orders, views will be sent again with 100% retention.

Its a random thing, but can expect like 50 - 60% average retention. But it can be more.
