I recently landed a job as an affiliate manger here at Ecomleads.com and I'm loving it! I just wanted to come and see if anyone needed any help with CPA or has any questions about affiliate marketing and/or how things work on the back end! I actually don't have time to currently train anyone, but I plan on putting together some tutorials in the new future with methods to help out new affiliates. But you can check out the "Money Making" section here at BHW and there are tons of great methods to make some cash through CPA for newbie's. Feel free to shoot me a PM if you need a network and you can push our offers if you find a method.

Mainly just manage the affiliates and check for fraud. I actually work on the business development side of the company as well, so I work with advertisers/lenders and make sure everyone is happy. I never have experienced a secretive AM or CPA network, our network is very transparent with our affiliates and our advertisers and everyone knows what is going on, as well as every network I have been a part of.

Do you shave?

The way shaving works is, CPA networks will not pay you if the advertisers/lenders don't pay them. We own a majority of our offers, so if you send QUAILITY traffic, there is virtually no shaving.

What are the requirements to become an affiliate manager?

I actually have just been doing my own thing with CPA and internet marketing for about 3 years, I was looking on Craigslist for a IM job. Luckily Ecomleads is located here in Houston! So to answer your question I would just say experience in CPA and how the business works on both ends.

I would say those networks are not that great, and they will end up losing affiliates. I'm in a office from 8am-5pm responding to emails from affiliates, even when I'm out and about I still have time for my affiliates.

We accept affiliates from anywhere but most of our offers are for US. We pay weekly for our payday offers and everything else is really net 30.
