I want a web designer that will join us for making good quality themes. What we only need from you is the design and we will code it to HTML and Wordpress versions.

Your percentage will be %70 from the sales of the design alone and %20 from the sales of the HTML and Wordpress versions.

Remember, your work should be with Themeforest minimum quality requirements. If you can't do this, don't waste your time knowing that your work will be rejected.

I don't understand, why would any body design a psd and only get 70% for his own design ?
20% of html & wp is acceptable but 70% of his own design on psd sale , this seems unfair !
he could sell this himself and keep 100% then asks some one to code it and receive 20-30% of the profit ,
and any coder would accept this on a heart beat (I know I would).

I'm not hijacking , I'm simply asking a question because it doesn't make any sense.
as "prab1996" said you could simply hire a designer for this.
