I don't know which proxies are in Hotmail's blacklist and which aren't. But most likely public proxies are there. Also, you should act as more as regular people are. I don't think that regular people send so many emails per day and especially when message body is same or very similar among 50,000 emails. I think you should send as less email as possible per account (couple per day). Also, SMTP isn't best way to mail because Hotmails will put higher spam score on you (my opinion) and also there is no way to enter CAPTCHA via SMTP.

It completely doesn't matter for you what I can do with them ;)
You can do with them everything you want and which is possible to do with hotmail account (right now I sell just hotmails).

Prices for hotmails are same as in the first post of this thread. Except forwarding option is disabled.
 
I need to buy 1k hotmail (pop3 enabled) accounts. Please let me know the pricing and also if there any replacement warranty available or not.

Also do you accept payment via payoneer? I currently only have payoneer for payment.

Please let me know ASAP. I need them pretty urgent. Probably at the end of today.
