Is that enough to sell in USA legally? In Australia I know someone what was slapped for selling products that wernt registered with the TGA - If any of you are are looking to start selling your own lines I strongly recommend looking into your legal obligations and consider setting up some form of corporate structure to protect yourself.

In the USA apart from a drug being manufactured in a lab that meets GMP standards what else needs to be met?

Also anyone here from Canada who can shed some light on how it works in your neck of the woods?
