Does this work on brand new domains? And if the site still doesn't improve in ranking 10 days after report, do you refund and remove the links or leave the links there?

Yes there is "Serp rise guarantee" but that does not mean you would not use your common sense.
If you are rank 2 then no service can give you a guarantee of serp rise.
You need to look at your competitors. Scan their link profile. Scan their authority. Try to get link from same source or atleast same link type.

Honestly, I was fine with you giving me a refund, but that belittling comment was very unappreciated. Don't act like it's me who didn't use their common sense here. If you're going to make bold claims like a "guaranteed SERP rise" than you had better be prepared to stand by them, rain or shine. If anything, I did you a favor by bringing this to light before anybody else tried to do the same thing, and also by giving you an opportunity to change your tos. If we're going to have a discussion about common sense, it's you who was lacking here, not me. Regardless, my little rant has nothing to do with your service. It could still be a great service, but I'll never get to know, because instead of contacting me you simply refunded my order and ran away from it as fast as you could. Nonetheless, that comment just rubbed me the wrong way. It's done though, I'm over it. Good luck with the rest of your sales.
