article writing/rewriting

hey, I need some info on article writing/rewriting;

I just started my first site a few days ago, and now I have to populate it with content;
I already have around 10 PLR articles for my main KW phrase (ready to be rewritten), and between 500 and 1000 articles for related keywords (again, on the waiting list);
my funds for the whole project started at around 500 dollars, so I'm thinking that around 50-100 bucks for initial content would be reasonable, right?

I know fiverr, and I've seen there are writers that I can hire there, but someone on bhw advised me a few days ago that I should use other sites, like freelancer, for my outsourcing needs, as they come at lower fees ... I looked today into some jobs listed there, but the prices vary enormously: from 10 dollars per 'professional' article (rewriting), all the way to less than 1$ per article ... what's the catch? what's a reasonable price to pay for SEO'ed, keyword-focused content?

how would you proceed, if you were in my situation?

on a side note, what's up with the moderation system that's triggered every-other post?? I mean I couldn't even make a whole damn post, I had to slipt it in 2 because they told me I'm advertising or swearing ... I mean come on, seriously? it's getting annoying, like they want me not to post anymore ...

I was thinking about it, but I don't own any spinner, and online ones I've tried were really sh*tty ... if I had to include one in my project, it would eat up at least 20% of my funds, right?
in any case, could you suggest one? do you use one and have seen good results?

I've been using WordAI. I actually see the ad right now in the bottom of the page haha. Use my Aff link http://wordai.com/?ref=1320h or not, it's cool. But I spin all my articles with it and usualyl get 75%+ uniqueness. It's pretty awesome and it's really cheap monthly.

WordAI does work well, but spun content is not a good idea for any money site. Why don't you check it out, their 3 day free trial is available. I tried it, and it is a valid free trial. It produces content better than most spinners I tried, but it is still clearly spun content.

I just visited their site, and it all looked great, but they have 2 different technologies ... which feels weird
which one do you use?
I really like the turing technology article exemple, but the standard one really odd, spun ...
I'm sure that I would have to rewrite everything I would spin on standard one ... but on the other hand, the turing is 50 a month

The Turing spinner produces noticeably better results than the standard spinner, it is legible at times, and often imitates English well.

I would however recommend outsourcing the writing via any of the large Freelancing sites. Just check your writer's credentials well, their workload capabilities and past reviews. Getting a sample first is a must. The biggest problem is finding good quality writers who can stick to deadlines, although they do exist

I'll just try the trial, and get as many articles done as I can, then I'll see the results, after the 3 days: I'll either turn to freelancing or buy this;
