You have several options to withdrawing from stealth accounts. Some of which are not made public for
good reason. However if you are an American citizen you can just open a new checking account. Add the information to
your stealth account and withdraw.

A seller and I are having an issue with paypal. He sent 2 request to one of my accounts for iphone 5s. I paid, the seller withdrew the money to the account. It was taking extremely long and we were wondering why. Paypal put a temporary hold (disputes) on the 2 transactions. They reviewed it for 14 days... And the money went back to my account. And my account is limited. It been limited. it was in the negatives for a lot. Im assuming paypal didn't want to lose out on some money. What can the seller do? Isn't that illegal. And the seller said his account is in the negatives. Please help us. How does he get his money back

Buy dollar coins. The US government will save money on minting if these are in circulation, so they eat the costs. You just take the coins to your bank. This is for US-based folks only though.

old trick: use freelancer sites, setup 2 accounts: one for the provider, one for the buyer, make a job request with the buyer account (stealth paypal) and answer for the request with the provider account (real paypal), then after a little while choose yourself to deliver
you'll loose some money of course, but it's a secure way to withdraw from a stealth account w/o paypal linking it with your real account

Best idea is to have a person who helps cash out PP accounts. You can also just direct transfer to your personal PP.
