I have ask the dev and he say:

Scrapeboard is not longer under active development,
nor is it for sale. That isn't to say that for those
users who own a copy, that if something major broke
that we wouldn't try and fix it, but we aren't
actively developing it.

ScrapeBOARD was a forum scraper/poster.
It is entirely different to both scrapebox and Gscraper.
ScrapeBOARD was pulled from sale almost 2 years ago
