Status/News
As of today, compared to the launch/beginning of this thread, we've quadrupled our Badass SEO project team. So we are looking at completing all the pending orders faster. Please feel free to ask us if you need status updates, but be rest assured that we are here, working as you'd expect us to do on projects. Apart from a very few, a BIG thank you goes to everyone who've been really professional and with us.
Ordering 5/5 Very simple to order and made changes for me that I left off the order form. I order 1 Rockstar package on the 4th and another on the 8th.
Turn around Time 1/5 Package 1 was delivered on the 4/30. Package 2 on 5/9.
Communication 1/5 To get any sort of update I hand to contact them. I was then constantly given false promises on delivery. This happened 3-4 times. On 5/8 I sent a pm saying that I would leave a bad review if I didn't receive final reports in 24 hours. I was then accused of being rude and threatening cause I was displeased with the service. This surprised me as I have been quite patient and made false promises multiple of times.
Reports 5/5 Love the reports.
Content 3.5/5 Content is what you expect. Its quality for being spun it is better then most services I have used that use spun content.
Rankings Project 1 (Subject to change) 1/5 Most of my rankings have dropped none have improved. When addressing that the rankings for this haven?t improved (as I was told when the report was delivered on average I should see improvement 7-10 days.) I was told and this "It was your strategy, and your choices we conducted." My strategy was giving them 15 keywords for them to use for this service.
Project 2 Incomplete/5 just got reports.
Overall: One of the worst experiences I have had with a service on BHW. I wasn't aware that it was considered rude to let a service provider that you would be leaving a bad review if you don't receive your reports in 24 hours after you have been promised 3-4 times they would be delivered. If rankings improve I will comeback and update.

I ordered the service a month ago, and still I have no idea if it was delivered. I have to insist them to send me the progress information updates, which I consider a poor business practice.
I was not tracking my rankings, but I'm tracking my traffic, which is all from search engines. My traffic went from ~30 daily visits to below 10 daily visits.
I do not recommend this service, mainly because of such poor communication and objections fulfilment.

I'm sorry but you have asked us to drip your package over 30 days and as you already know there's some delay. Whenever you requested, we have sent you updates via email; it's just a matter of asking us for a package that's on an extended drip.
