Manually Submission Web 2.0's Tier 1

How do you host sites from such a huge number of IPs?

I did some local directory submissions using oDesk people for 50 cents a submit. I am sure they can do Web 2.0 as well. They did submit pics too.

I have always just made new web2.0s for each webpage I try to rank, is it a whole lot better to maybe make web2.0s and then keep adding to them instead of the usual single post? Like say I'm trying to rank a keyword about a movie, so instead of making the web2.0 just about the movie make it about movies in general, and then just post articles for each new movie keyword I'm going for to build authority ?

Great thread tho, Never thought to use actual url's instead of hoping for the best with my web 2.0's. Excited to give a whirl!
