Video views take upto 24 hours to update on the video and even more time to update on searches. One of my videos which has 100k views when searched for showed that it has 92k. But after 2-3 days, the proper amount came into view.
Well BB offers the drip feed option but no you won't get banned for 1000s of views in 1-2 days. The're people who order over a million views a day and they don't get banned. YouTube get's over 1 billion unique visitors everyday. So 1000-10,000 views is a safe amount. If you want the drip feed option, just include it in the "note to seller" box.

we are piled up with huge volume of comments orders and also having issues with some of the accounts. Temporarily closed the comments service and it will be back again by saturday or monday.

These are not mobile views.

I suggest not to use monetizable videos. I dont see any issues so far but for safer side its god to disable any partner programs, till views get delivered.
