MC198 7 days restrection

Hi guys,
I need HELP!!
I got today my second Trademark violation.
Anyway my account is restricted for 7 days now.
I wanna know what should I do in order to keep this account alive after those 7 days + taking ebay off my back!
My friend has gotten this restriction about a 1.5 month ago. He waited 7 days then ebay lifted the restriction, then he started to list items again, everything went well and he was back on selling.
After 3 days, ebay took all of his listing down and were asking for invoices to prove all his items are real etc...
he was sending them some invoices but they didn't approve it and closed his account!
Now, What should I do to stay away from ebay asking me to send them invoices after these 7 days.
Should I let my account to cool off a bit? if yes, how long?
I need someone with experience in that shit!

Hi.If you sell actual product which you have in stock ,them you can email them tracking numbers ,and then call them . But if you sell digital product ,then it may be problem .Best way to fix it , just call them and talk to life person . I hope it helps .

Once your account is flagged for something, it is going to be on ebays radar forever. It's better to start selling on a new account.

There are several reasons for a 7 day restriction. If you have been dinged for trademark violation, it will stay on record for 6 months. If ebay receives a report from a member or from the trademark owner's "watchdog", your listings will definitely be removed. If ebay was requesting invoices from your friend, they must have been reported for copyright infringement or their item must have been reported as counterfeit. I'm sure your friend must have gotten some sort of a warning before he was completely shut down. But even then, they would not have been able to close his account entirely. He's most likely under an indefinite selling restriction-- which is pretty much a dead end.

I bet when you call ebay, they're only going to ask you to contact the trademark owner to appeal the restriction. Take that as an opportunity to ask them how you violated their trademark policy.

As I said that was my second trademark violation, the first one I got like 2 months ago.
Now what happens after those 7 days? I wanna keep this account! How can I do it without having ebay on my back?
And should I wait a bit longer after these 7 days are over before I'm listing ? Or can I list right away?
My friend was listing right away and it was ending by ebay asking him for invoices ...

It won't go back to "normal". You're definitely going to be on their radar. Go to your Seller Dashboard and check your Policy Compliance-- (I'm guessing it must show "Low" by now) it should show when the violation will drop from your record and what to expect within that--let's call it-- "probationary" period. If it's your second violation, I say be careful. Another report might be very detrimental.

After 7 days, you can try listing another type of item in the meantime. Until everything cools off. When the "watchdog" responds with the specific reason why they reported you, stay clear of what you had been doing then before you got reported. The restriction should automatically be lifted after 7 days. If it doesn't, call them up and request to speak with an appeals specialist.

The reason I'm nervous is because, when the 7 days were over for my friend,everything went back to "normal" (he could have listed items etc...) then he listed something and after 3 days they took off all his listings and were asking for invoices. I don't want it to happen to me!! How do I avoid ebay asking my for invoices ?
