How to gain visibility on Amazon

So i've got a few products on Amazon but are not getting much sales due to lack of visibility. Anyone got any tips of how to gain visibility on Amazon? Do they offer an advertising program or something?

My strategy was to always be the lowest price, your always at the top of the list and depending on the sales rank of your item it normally sells that day

yeah but then he makes little money. i think you can advertise on amazon through google. check their ad programs out and it might be possible
