How can I get a US commission junction account?

There are some offers on CJ that I know I can make a lot of money with but unfortunately, due to the fact that I'm not from the US, when I apply to said offer I automatically get declined.

How can I get a US CJ account? I can't fake one because they will check the SSN with the irs.
