How much would an EMD of a keyword be worth that has 27,100 global monthly searches and 6,600 local (EXACT) be worth? I just wanted to sell the domain only. It has no website up. Not very familiar with how much domains are sold for. And i want to sell the domain on Flippa

If you are finding EMD's with low competition I guess you are looking at Adwords keyword tool. Low competition means nobody is really interested in bidding on that keyword in Adwords. What that basically means is that it isnt a buying keyword or a keyword that much money can be made in. You need to aim for medium or high competition in Adwords to get keywords that people are really interested in. Look at the keyword and decide if someone searching for that word actually wants to buy something or is just browsing around the internet trying to gather knowledge.

It's depend on the niche. As you said it is wallpaper niche, it will not worth too much.

No im not finding an EMD with low competition, I HAVE an EMD with 135,000 exact searches with $2.23 CPC, just asking how much it would be worth if i was to sell the domain only. The niche for this EMD is about time would it be worth much? I also have an EMD with 165,000 exact searches that is related to the alphabet but CPC is only $0.68

Try making some backlinks for the domain. Once it starts getting some traffic, then sell it. It doesn't worth anything at the moment.

I have the same question my domain name is Top10AndroidGames.com and it has 8100 exact global searches with the 10.
exactlly like this "top 10 android games" also if you search "top ten android games" you get 1100 exact searches.No PR no Backlinks only domain name.Can anyone give me a value?Sorry i`m not tring to steal the theread.Just curious

All lot depends on the niche and how much work you've put into it. If you've got good content, its ranking and you've got stable income coming from the site you can fetch a lot more than $100 for just the emd domain name.

The more you put into it, the more you get out of it. Try to generate some value for the site.
