Best Proxy solution for Stealth Paypal?

Hi Guys,

I need to make a stealth Paypal account. So what will be the best proxy solution? (non-US/UK/Canada)

Are private proxies good enough for Stealth Paypal? Or it's better to use VPN? Or VPS?

How about buying a cheap linux vps and using it as vpn?

I need something cheaper that serves my purpose, so please recommend me a good provider too. I am looking for ip from non-us/uk/canada countries to avoid bank verification. Anything (Premium private proxy/VPN/Linus or Windows VPS) below 10$/month. Cheaper is better.

you can take Dedicated ip from Europe as you need NON usa it will work as well try the site see in my signature if you like

I'm sorry we are only offering US private proxies, and who is telling that its better a VPN, is not right, PayPal can not detect you are using a proxy, if you will find a provider that will be able to provide you a virgin dedicated IP, then you are ready to go, also keep that ip for a very long time, just clear you browser history and .sol cookies from macromedia folder, the paypal tracking cookies are in a folder called www.paypalobjects.com, erase this folder before creating a new account !
