i wanna make a website where i can re-sell facebook likes, youtube views, twitter follower, instagram followers, what could be a good way to promote the website, and get customers? i was thinking like discounts & specials, also free giveaways.

You can promote facebook likes to local businesses. Contact them through facebook fan page. Search for something like this in facebook "florist in london" you will see a lot of lists. Check out their page likes and offer them facebook likes. You also can offer them timeline redesign. Offer them 60-100$ for timeline redesign and you can outsource this on fiverr for 5$. I did this before and this method really works. But make sure you personalized the message you sent, don't make look spammy message. Good luck mate!

1. It's super competitive, so you have to out-stand in some ways.

Yes it is a good idea but must note that your website activities must natural because once Google trace it as automate machine no one can believe your website.

They will think that you scammed them and removed all the likes. It can cause problems. Online clients will know where to get them cheaper than you. My advice is to find a new niche. There are many other services to resell.
