How often does it usually take you to see results with your link building? I mean can you often see higher results in say your traffic to your site soon after you have done some link building for your site?

Every keyword has different quality. Some keyword is easy to optimize so that you only need one or back link. The others are more difficult and you have to add some links.

- Your website quality
- keyword difficulty
- competition [top 10 sites]
- quality of links you build
- velocity
- anchor profile
- and so on so on...

Also remember..Ranking high dosen't always mean profitability..You need to convert that traffic to make more money
