More than 300k Email List

So Guys i have more than 300k Emails collected all over the Internet. I will try to verify all the emails to reduce the bounce rate.

So how do i use this list?

Any tips to monetize this list?

Will i get into Legal problems, if i spam those Mails?

Have someone to mail them for you which will probably be the cheapest way.

Or get a decent VPS, interspire, proxies etc and mail yourself

Aslong as the mails are spam compliant you'll be fine, read up on it a little bit more if I was you
