You can use your Payoneer card in the Philippines, at any store or ATM. You can also use it to make purchases online.

I was still wondering about my question, if anyone has an answer to it.

Again, it was - Does anyone have the card, that is a US resident? I'm still searching for folks who are and are willing help me out.

Sidenote: Of all the possible Payoneer cardholders out there, I'd think for such a great company, folks would be coming out of the woodwork to exclaim how wonderful it is to do business with them. - I mean really, it's time that another payment processor company besides Paypal, get the attention. I've mentioned the obvious before, that Paypal has a lot of lousy business practices, that discourage positive growth for business owners.

If you provide Freelance services you can look into working with partners of ours such as oDesk, Elance, Guru, Freelancer, 99designs, Fiverr, Envato.

We also work with many affiliate programs, link shortening services (such as ******) and many other companies. All of these partners support payments to US residents via the Payoneer card.

We're constantly monitoring our pricing and fees to make sure that they remain among the best available on the market today.

I put all the details correctly and this error came out!

Your credit or debit card has been declined for this transaction; PayPal could not validate the card. Please verify that the information you entered is correct, or try a different credit or debit card.

$1 deducted...

EDIT:

I tried again and this error came out!

The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number.

LOL!!

EDIT: they give back my $1???

@Nissim I forgot my PIN, how do I know it? :D

I must say im very happy with payoneer...also Nissim...he helped me out with some major problem i had. After that all is great.

Only one question...do you guys plan to print out maybe better quality cards? why i ask is...after using it 6+ months, its already in very bad shape...i doubt it will live till 2015 lol :) and trust me its not my fault..i hold it in cc case and stuff.

Cheers

@saltox: Did you make sure that your card is activated and loaded with funds? It's prepaid so you can't make a purchase unless you have sufficient funds available on the card.

Thanks!

Card quality is actually not an issue that we hear about very often, the vast majority of cards last through the expiration date. I certainly believe you in that it's not your fault, and if you send me a PM I'd be happy to set you up with a new card.

Hey Nissim, thank you so much for the wonderful work you are doig. I got my payoneer card finally and I have activated it. I would like to ask if I use it in any ATM machine in my country, what currency am i going to get? Is it going to be in dollars or in my country's currency that is equivalent to the dollar value i want to withdraw.
Please clarify me on this.
Thanks

Thanks!

Your Payoneer card is held in USD, however it's a debit MasterCard card so you can purchase in any currency. The local currency amount will be converted to a USD charge on your Payoneer card based on conversion rates set by MasterCard (so you can choose to withdraw in any currency supported by the ATM).

@Nissin

Yes Sir, my card is fully activated and funded.

I have $229.66 balance and I want to purchase a product with a price of $225.

Is it sufficient or insufficient?

Please tell me how much more do I need to purchase it.

Thank you

Thanks Nissim...i think it will be ok till the end of this year...
Thank you, i will let u know if i will need it.
Cheers

@saltox: If there is any conversion or cross border charge involved, it may be exceeding the balance. You can check conversion rates on MasterCard's website and generally you should leave a bit of room to be sure it goes through.

Again, Nissim, I have to admit that your patience and support, is almost unparalleled, when it comes to customer service. You really are a credit to your company.

Anyway, here is my issue, again, with most, if not all of the companies that I researched from the whitelist link that you folks tell us folks to look for a Payoneer partner from. As an affiliate (not a freelancer - because the bidding for minimum pay jobs 'business model', in my personal opinion, is ridiculous. Also, no offense, but it suits foreigners more, who have a weaker currency to the US dollar.), I want to find an Affiliate Network to do business with that is not in the CPA industry (...which, in the opinion of a lot of folks, is a cesspool of rip-off 'Free Ipod', 'Cure-all pills', etc. products and services. - I challenge anyone here, to prove to otherwise, that there are 'legit' offers, that offer real value to the customer.).

So, if you can message me a list of those, that are comparable to Amazon, Commission Junction, Clickbank, etc. I'd appreciate it. - This recommendation goes out to anyone else who reads, and knows of any whitelist non-cpa affiliate network, that has a branded Payoneer debit card.

Yes, so long as he uses his own information and he resides at the address, we will allow multiple accounts to the same address.

Yes, please send me a PM with your e-mail and I will check the application status.

One more question...Is there any limit on how much money I can withdraw via ATM? I am living in Pakistan.

Payoneer sets daily usage limits at:

$2,500.00 in daily cash withdrawals
$2,500.00 in daily point of sale purchases

Total daily limit of $5,000.00

Is it possible to have 2 US Bank Accounts with 1 Payoneer card?

Thanks.
