Is there a Grammarly alternative for grammar correction?

Is there any free alternative to grammarly, to correct grammatical errors and check article uniqueness. I did the free test on their site and it seems very powerful, I want to use it to make high quality spun content.
Everything else I tried is like a microsoft word spell checker which is horrible.

Has anyone tried it, is it good at all? If it is, is it worth the $140/year price tag?

I tried it but it's not very efficient, it is better that word but not great. I did a test with grammarly with a translated article from Spanish to English and it detected 49 issues, I detected 52 by hand. On top of that it detected the article as plagarism, if grammarly can detect this, google can too. Other sites had it as 80% unique article.
