There are plenty of Article creators, one that I have heard is good is Kontent Machine, but it is a monthly fee. I would go with WAC since it is cheaper and does the job.

For content creators you can try AutoContentWriter or SEO Content Machine.
Both of them have threads in BST so check them out and get your questions cleared with the relevant developers.
They seem to generate "better" quality articles than WAC but all should work for T2/3.

There is no ONE right answer.
Tools should only HELP YOU with doing your job and save your time but you'll have to know which strategy you want to use to rank your specific website!
I'll probably go with GSA:SER now.
You can build T1 links manually on web 2.0 and after that blast these links with GSA.
Simple method but works well if it's your beginning in SEO ;-)

I think you should save your money.
What I would do is, learn how to do everything on your own without software.
By the time you have learned how to do this on your own you will have already generated some income. Use that money as business expense.
Keep this $300 for a rainy day. You don't have to use software until a little later.

another one of those questions. if you search through my 1088 posts you will find at least 2 where i answer this. Short version is:

Analyze successful sites and see what they do. Read about how G algos work - i don't mean 2nd hand info bc that is mostly incorrect, but patents, theory, videos of google engineers discussing the problems they have and solutions they find, etc. Patents and whitepapers pertaining to spam detection. Info from blackhats about content generation. And so on...
Then do tests to figure stuff out.
Most importantly don't do something or believe something just because others do it and is popular. Most people who think are SEOs don't know shit.
As a good starting point aside from what I said, I'd go and read bluehatseo.com (ALL POSTS). Read it until you understand it. It is info that's in entirely other league and while it is seriously outdated in terms of the actual method, the strategy and ideas behind the methods are and will always be valid.
Biggest mistake newbies do is they over-optimize thinking they didn't do enough. In fact they dont rank because they did to much and/or because time (age) is of extreme importance to google. Same with growth rate and velocity.
