how to make a like-gate for blog

today i visit a blog and appear a "like-gate".It says click like the fan page or waiting hundreds seconds to access.So i want to know how to make a like-gate like that for my blog.Thanks

Hi, you create the images and just add them to your settings, then when someone hits your fanpage, they have to like it to gain entry, then once they have liked it, they can reenter later.

It's a plugin. Just look around for fb like plugins and you'll come across a few of them.
