Where can I get an AVS VCC card? I know it is a gift card type thing but cannot track down which one allows you to add your address for address verification without having to put in your SSN. Anyone here make their own VBAs? If so, what bank do you use?

I thought someone posted it does not work for USA anymore. ? And does it give you the avs vcc or just the plain vcc.
Also does it have a vba available? Thanks

It accepts USA phones.

You can enter any address you want but I don't know if the vcc's will be approved as avs-vcc.

No, there's no account number. Only vcc numbers.

Asked for ACH VCC and for VBAs both.

I know there is a difference.
