Get to Iwriter and get 1500 words done ($9)
Buy the domain ($7)
Add it to your hosting (you do have hosting yes?) a couple of dollars maybe.
Source some images (Free)
Put it all together in a decent Wordpress theme.
Get some links going and site back and see, Doesn't sound like you'd need more than the slowest or most inexpensive backlink campaign for this niche.

Total of your time maybe 15 minutes plus however long it takes the Iwriter team to get your content written. and say $20 for domain and content (if you already have hosting) and depending if you have the tools maybe $20 for the SEO - maybe that's free andd just 30 minutes to set your tools working. Depends.

If it looks good just do it.
Then find another niche and do it again
Why ask when doing is quicker? What are you worried about?

I only ask, as it was very late at night about to go to bed and suddenly discovered this. Got excited and no one to share it with but BHW. Thats why, Hehe.

A word of caution though. Some of these high keyword searches can dramatically change depending on a lot of factors like holiday seasons, new product with lots of buzz, etc. What was high now may be significantly lower when google updates the search counts.

Personally, I would drop some money into finding out if you have a good way to market the product. Just don't create a 1 page site and expect to do well.

I'd specifically be building a a site around the longtails then use re marketing on those visitors, try this tactic now for something I'm doing.

Go for it. But remember when you're ranking sites, it's better to have 300 quality backlinks, rather than 5.000 backlinks made from a bot.

Hahahaha I think you are a new baby in this world.It is like the lord of the rings or like Harry Poter You believe that i search a keyword on which the toper just have 37 Back links.But when i check that links they are very high quality plugin's link which he fixed in his clients sites.It is very difficult to do this and all that sites ranked very high 4 to 7.If you think this is gold mine then you are wrong every second unlimited freelancer searching these types keywords. I've ranked for plenty of keywords that I thought I would never rank for but tried anyway. Do it and don't second guess yourself. If it does work out, good. If it doesn't work out, good. Either way you learn. This should be your primary concern rather than the money you may make from it. Keep building out an empire and don't stop.
