Is this safe to use on a pretty new domain with pretty much no previous link profile?

The keywords are low-medium competition but I haven't worked or updated this site for a few months. I just built it and never really touched it.

Currently:
Main KW: #40
Secondary KW: #15

I'm wondering this because I've used SAPE links on this site before and actually had a rank decrease for an entire month, but once the SAPE links expired, my rankings shot back up. This was quite a while ago.

This my first review for this service, and the results are incredible, I gave Leith two words to rank, and he did well. Actually one of the words is really difficult to rank, and i used it on my fairly new site with little backlinking history, but unique and good content.

Now both terms jumped from no-where to second and third page and they are going up in the serps every day. I've been with them for over a week now and the outcome is really impressive.
