Please I need a website developer to help build a photography website just like this site Neilleifercom Was this site built using word press? Just need a simple photography website like the one in the link where can also add photos myself without needing to call the developer. I have a basic knowledge of html can I build it myself? If you can build it what's your price and how long would it take?

That's a wordpress site (easy way to check is to add /wp-login.php at the end of the link) actually hosted with wordpress.com. Check out some wordpress tutorials on youtube and you'll manage to set this up easily yourself.

Check the source of the page. Google really is your best friend for all the questions you're asking. I found something in 5 sec when googling "how to find which theme this wordpress blog is using".

Its simple most of the times the website has a footer " Powered by Wordpress"... this website has too.

You'd be better off to get a theme for photography (there's a ton) host the site yourself and edit the theme yourself. You'll learn a lot.

Go to themeforest, search for "photography". There is hundreds of wordpress theme better than your sample above. For just around 50$ you can get the best theme + you learn to customize it by your own. Hope that help
