Help! My site is NOINDEX, but it's not in the source code?!

Hello everyone,

I have a big problem i hope you can help me with. 2-3 weeks ago SEOmoz on-page optimization started telling me that my pages were marked as NOINDEX. This had not been reported before, so obviously i started looking into it. I checked all the code, but there was nothing about noindex (i also searched). I had an experienced SEO look it over and we both agreed this it was probarly a mistake in the SEOmoz software. But it seems it wasnt - now all the pages has disappeared in google and wont even show up if you do a search for that specific article on that specific site. Only mobile sites show up.

I cant post links, but does anyone have an idea how this can happen when there is nothing in the header???

Its a job in a big corp so we didn't have acces to the robots file :/

A robots file you don't have access too can't be read by search engines either, so it would've had no impact.
