How Can we make money on regular bases

We are a big team with more than 30 experienced workers.
Any suggestion that we can make money on regular bases so that I can pay my workers easily.
We are already working on fiverr.

With a team of 30 people, you should split it into 5 teams consisting
of 6 people per team. Assign a different campaign to each team.
Once you see that one of the teams is getting some good results,
then scale it up by assigning all of the teams to jump on that campaign.

This is only a quick suggestion. With a team of 30 people, there is
a lot you can do. You just need a good battle plan and a good
manager/team leader with excellent organizational skills who
can prioritize and designate tasks in a highly efficient way.

Basically we are doing local directory submission and getting work from fiverr a lot but some time work goes down and I was thinking that there should be a regular work for my team. Please guide me regarding this.

To be able to maintain the company and the employees. You should have a budget for your workers and other expenses. Don't use the money for employees compensation in other expenses because this will be the start that your budget will be get deficit and all other budget for other expenses will be affected.

I'm not understanding this situation; you have a team of 30 people at your disposal and you're on an internet marketing forum but you don't know how to utilize AdSense?

You should have your team chasing down leads all the time for what you are selling, with 30 people you can have 20 of them chasing the leads, and 5 of them working sales pages and sales, and the rest on support.

Split testing. Go though the threads. Short-list some methods that you like and are not saturated. Assign a method to each team. Analyse. Learn. Grow.

I've always wondered how IMers from the sub continent all seem to have their own "team"...

I can understand how they can have large teams, because in many countries, $100 american dollars can pay a whole team for a week (or even a month) but what I can't understand is how someone who obviously doesn't know the first thing about business (not even simple structure) can manage 30 people..... I don't know what else to say about that.

Read BHW (BlackHatWorld.com) posts.
After reading, search on google (google.com) about what you are unable to understand about what you are reading on BHW.

You need to spend lot of time doing this (reading/searching) and after that, you won't be asking like you have asked in first post of this thread.

Of course, when you feel that you have understood something, implement it! There are more chances that you'll fail, but still don't give up and implement it again using some other technique. I am sure second attempt will be much better than the first one. Continue.... and in a month or two (if you are following this strategy consistently) you'll get to know how to earn money on regular basis.

Trust me, do it and you'll be happy!
