Top rated if you ship cheap without tracking numbers?

I see many TOP RATED chinese guys that are selling 0.99$ stuff.
They ship without tracking. I know this because i bought several times from them. They do not upload a tracking number... even if it's an 1$ item or an 20$ item.


How comes they are still listed as top rated sellers?!

Who cares, it is what it is. As long as they are doing well on everything else, comms, service, time, then they get rated like this.

Top rated seller is nothing to do with the tracking number. All that matters is sells volume and buyer's Rating.

In order to be "Top rated seller" you MUST provide all tracking numbers ! That's part of eBay new (2012) TOS !

Because the probably did ship all there items with tracking numbers, once they got the top rated seller ribbion they dont ship with tracking! Thats how they are probably doing it
