Vagex is sh!t forget it! Try addmefast, enhanceviews etc. More and more bots have been created for Vagex which brings the credit:view ratio further down. Unless vagex does a major update like how ev did, It'll be extinct soon.

It's been a bit unstable for a couple of weeks now. A quick check of WHOIS shows they changed host on the 13th of April so that could be the problem. I wouldn't think its shut down as it doesn't expire until December 2014

Vagex is down for me as well. I'm getting a "server not found". Hope it goes back up, I have a lot of purchased credit on there.

Vagex is best. Vagex can deliver real views also high retention. Other exchanges bring only mobile views. Yesterday I noticed that view ratio vas pretty impressive , 600 credits brought me almost 500 views. They are overload probably.
