Hey bud! I'd love to use your service for helping promote my youtube channel. I earn a living with my channel and this would be a FANTASTIC way to continuously promote and drive traffic to my channel and videos, but the site doesn't seem to be working for me. Seems every link (when trying to make a purchase) is broken! lol. I'm guessing it's because you stop accepting clients every now and then, like you mentioned above? Some new changes have been going on with the service. LOTS of new backend features and LOTS of new stuff still in the making.
One of the first changes that we have made is the structure of our service. We had 2 different types of plans before "mass commenting and comment rating packages". Now it is a little easier where you can purchase just the top comment positions starting at just $2.00 per top comment position right now!
Update on the comment monitoring : We are still making some final changes and development of the comment monitor. We have a few clients that have been beta testing the monitor and making suggestions. If you are interested in beta testing the comment monitor, then please let me know via PM.

The price does not change. The only time the price would change is if the video being targeted has a comment in the top with like a 100+ ratings. But that is rarely.
Monitoring service is now available still in beta but can be setup if your interested in beta testing it.
