Hey.
I'm from Sweden and going to buy 2 pair of FAKE swim shorts, the brand Ralph Lauren.
Sadly I'm scared that the customs will seize it and get me sued.
Should i be worried? Never been ordering reps so i am quite scared..
I will also sell the two pair of fake ralph lauren shorts on eBay.
the package will be shipped by china air mail.

Regards, Raffe

you won't get sued, but the package could be destroyed. Just tell the chinese guy who is shipping it to add some other random crap in the parcel (unbranded clothes), and it might get thru if you're lucky.. don't know how strict customs are in sweden

But do i really need him to tell that?
Btw hes selling on iOffer.

no, you dont' really need to do that. I'm just giving you advice on how to reduce the risk. If you want, you can order 50 pieces fake ralph lauren packed tightly in a box, and cross your fingers that it arrives.. it might also work. :)

Have you been seized? Of what then?
So would you recommend ordering the two pairs in seperate or together in one package?
thanks ALOT for the help! :)

if customs every stops it you just say you don't know nothing about the package.....

Selling fakes on ebay can be dangerous. If you buy for yourself its a different story but trading fakes can bring you in deep deep problems.

You won't get sued for a pair of pants lol. Also, I've heard the EU customs take alot of fees, like the VAT 27% fees and the handling fees etc.
