How to beat those top rated users from CHINA?

I am selling some cheap stuff on ebay. Things I own myself, like bee polen, propolis etc. So I make an 80% profit of the sale.
My problem are some Chinese guys who. If I ship from European Union , the items will be in USA in about 1 week max.... chinese will take 1 month and half.

And I get an DLRs rating of 4.8 for shipping time and chinese get 5.0 !? wtf?! Sorry ...I also get an DLSR for item as described of 4.9.... :|

this people must be nuts... if i send bee polen and propolis how the item can not be as described!?

what those chinese do ?!
also how they got to be top rated users? i also buy stuff from them and they never use a tracking code for example! i also don't!

I'm not really sure what you're asking but the reason why their shipping my be cheaper or the same as your is because they move more volume than you and they have worked out a deal to get a lower deal.

It's not about the price. It's about I get an LOW DLRs for shipping time! After i sold 10 items, i was thinking there was an idiot who pressed 1 start instead of 5. But now I have 50 sales...and here I am ... same DLRs... 4.8 for shipping time, even if they got it in 1 week.
I am actually selling cheaper then those chinese! Chinese from ebay they are not as cheap as you might think they are. Most products from China you can find in your local town even for less

no one knows what is going through a customers head when they leave a rating... you need volume, see what items are safe. i.e. what sells in your market very fast and gives very little trouble in way of negative feedback. sell lots of that at minimum margin just to get your feedback rating sorted out.
