Your page views seem pretty good,
1. Get rid of that alexa rank thing
2. Get rid of the advertise here blocks at the top
3. create thumbnail images for all the posts, that show on your posts
4. get rid of the bad amazon widgets
5. Wrap your ads in this.

7. Increase the logo, and show EXACTLY what the site is about in the top 3rd of the page.

What is your position in the SERP for your main keyword?
Your avg item price is $15 and this is very low. Select products with price range between $100 - $300.
And very important - focus on phisical products - don't sell ebooks, etc.
My advice is work on your SEO.

Rankings, Rankings and more Rankings - there's no point having a 40 page Site if no-one ever finds the Site - and you need buyer keywords not general keywords.
Also anything less than $75 starting out is a waste of time - sure people will buy other stuff you can't control - but you gotta give yourself the best chance to be successful.
Lastly I never just put reviews I put some general articles as well to draw in extra visitors -- and as people said above -- quality Logo / quality Images / Sliders -- all things that when people come to your Site they believe that you are providing valuable information....... otherwise they will just leave and you make nothing.
This type of work is a business - so you really got to nail all this stuff down.
