I don't know what cashcrateaddict uses but I will give you a list of good networks:
Adworkmedia - Easy to get approved and lots of incentive offers
Adscendmedia - Again quite easy approval and lots of incentive offers
Peerfly - You need ID to get approved, but you can get daily payments if you earn enough
MaxBounty - Need a phone interview, but lots of good offers again
Try applying to all those listed above, AWM usually except anyone

I own both of them. You should try non incentive offers, with blanked referers!

I was wanting to try this but I was worried about being banned. Even though you can blank, won't it cause a flag to be raised if you make more than $100/day?

Sorry to jack the thread, but how do you guys who's using incentive offers solve the high EPC problem? If you get a really high EPC and CR, it would cause red flags at the network, so do you buy traffic to click on your links?
