Network for Giveaway CPA Offers

I'm looking for a decent network with a number of 'giveaway' CPA offers, ideally accepting more than just USA traffic (I don't mind splitting across a number of offers, but rather not a number of networks). Social/PPC/Email traffic (I can work with any of the above), weekly payments.

most of the networks on BHW you will notice even though they pay weekly they broker their shit, the only network i see has direct offers is cpapath the rest wont provide you good support....

Bump, can't seem to find any network with a good amount of 'free sweepstakes' offers, most only have one or two and as I said, I don't want to split my earnings across 20 networks.

Offervault helps in deciding which network has a particular offer but I always suggest everyone to do some research before you start promoting offers with an unknown network.9

I think http://www.cpaprosperity.com/ is your best bet. First, it is professional and totally legit. Second, they have many big advertisers behind the curtain. The only thing that may not suit your preference is the payment cycle.
