I just made the update, but it doesn't work for me still?

For example:

- On the dashboard it's stuck on "Getting Stats", and the stats aren't getting updated
- I can't see my pin's, it's just the number how many I have (as before)
- If I run a manual task to search popular, or keyword based pin's, it's stuck on: "Waiting for Pinterest Socket"

Everything else, like Re-Pin search, or Like-Pin search, it says that it's done, but I can't see the scraped pin's anywhere?!

Let me know if you have any idea.

For a 247$ you await some support afer all.

Getting Stats is the app updating your pin count, boards, followers/following etc. The pins in your actual list are only the ones created by the app.

This means you have an automated task still running, manual tasks should only really be used if you are not using automated tasks. They should be used for fine tuning your automated queries imho. but you can use them either way. I would suspect that you have no pins in the queues so its constantly searching and finding no pins, the fix about to be released will solve this.

I have just fixed the searching with a more robust set of expressions that should be more future proof, that update will be available in 20 mins or so.
also you will need to use the refresh button on the pin posting page if you want to see any in the list that have just been scraped.

v1.30 Uploaded and now forced, includes updates to expressions due to changes on pinterest and some speed improvements

Is this software still viable? Someone report in... if not, the mods should toast these guys based on horrible support alone. I have read the entire post/thread. NO ONE should every pay $247 for a product and wait over a week for support, not in the line of work we're in. My 2 cents...

It worked really well at first but since the 2.0 update on Pinterest, Pintensify cannot even login to the site. I have the developer on XMPP chat and he keeps on promising that when the Pinterest 2.0 Beta is finalized, he will update the software.... this was months ago. I paid $300 for this software and after MUCH hard work have made back $100, only to be stopped dead in the water by the developer's failure to update for the new version of Pinterest. The tool cannot even login to the site anymore. If he had kept up with the changes, I may have made a profit but it seems like he's too busy with other projects. What a shame. Don't waste your money.
