I want to get PR2-PR3 for my sites easily. Can anyone tell me how many backlinks need to get PR2-PR3. Have any easy method to get it? Waiting for good suggetion with details.

Buy a PR 4 domain. Setup a static html page with 0 internal links/external links. Then setup 1 single link that goes to your site with whatever anchor you want. Next PR update you will end up at least PR 3 and if you are lucky PR 4.

A good quality PR 4 would not even cost $70-80. Look around.

You can never get the exact number of backlinks for you to get the PR you wanted.
It will be a numbers game, as long as you have the most numbers out from your competition then definitely you get the RANK you desire.

Interested in knowing more about backlinks, how to Top the search engine or get Highest PageRank?
I can share to you a book which has main emphasis in getting this High PageRank in the most convenient way.
This deals with the reasons to consider having natural links that would definitely indexed your links and make it to the TOP!
I can get you a copy of this book by dropping me a message here.

if you only get pr3+ links then it will be pretty fast but if you get a lot of pr 2 or 1 or even 0 links you may need a lot more pr3 links later as per my experience I dont know how they calculate it but less is more with pr if it is quality

If you image.google.com for PR table it will give you images that shows how many links you need to get your desired PR. No guarantees, but at least a good ballpark figure.

So theoretically each rank in PR is a factor 10 higher to get. So lets assume you need 1 of the exact same strength of link to get PR1, then you need 10 of theese to get PR2, 100 of theese to get PR3, 1000 of theese to get PR4, 10000 of theese to get PR5 etc. Though factors like relevance of links and content, age of domain, consistent posting also comes in play. So all in all just build consistent relevant links to a website with always new content, and you should get PR4 relatively quick.
