Can I use CloudFlare with other CDN like MaxCDN, Cloudfront?

I'm thinking to use a CDN service. I already use Cloudflare. Can I use Max CDN or cloudfront with CF?

I read few blog post, but all of them are written 2011 or 2012. I think they may out of date.

Anybody use CF with other CDN services?

It will make any conflict or it really optimized the Wordpress blog page loading time?

I don't understand why you'd want to use a CDN with a CDN? Inception ? This would add another hop to your traffic, and not speed anything up. Just stick with one CDN.

Thanks friend. I read somewhere CF is not a true CDN. that's why I'm thinking to use another CDN.

Not true in what respect? Your website is pointed at the CDN IP. If it's not broken, don't fix it
