Twitter fast reply after new tweet

I see a lot tweets and replys that are RIGHT after the tweets with links and stuff. I am just looking for somehow to post a reply as soon as someone tweets. is that possible? how are they doing it? Thanks

do you mean reply to random tweets on twitter or do you mean your followers. What are you trying to do. You may need mass accounts, so you can reply the same message to users without going to twitter jail.

For example on celebrity profiles, after they tweet a message there is someone that replies to that tweet and says something like is this your new tattooo or something like that with a link but they are ALWAYS first to reply.

The only way there followers will see it is if the celebrity is following you. Also, your tweet may be viewed as spam. is the software your looking for based on specific account names or specific tweet keywords?

Search and reply you mean? In this case: https://twitter.com/search?q=%40bieber&src=typd and have a bot (you can see manually how it works...) reply to the twitter accounts in the stream accordingly.
