Welcome to the club, similar thing happened me one month ago.

1) Remove her from your life, completely. (Keeping her on e.g. facebook will just make you into a stalker)
2) Get out there again, you found her - why can't you find another?
3) Hang out with friends all-the-time in the beginning.

Happened to me before and it does suck but you just gotta move on and forget about it.

I usually go to the gym, or go out with the lads and just forget about everything.
 
Few lines of coke, bottle of Jack Daniels and a few prostitutes (Or her friend's if you can).

Stay strong, women are absolute twat's on time!
 
A couple of things:

Time genuinely does heal. Once your life moves on, in time you will forget about her and the pain. This will happen, just don't actively reminisce about her. Get on with your life and it will be ok.

Also, tell yourself everything happens for a reason. Life genuinely is unexpected; make this change work for you. Live your life and in time you will find someone better.
