Best tool to scrape links?

I'm going to use UD for linkbuilding to my t1 sites, but I need a good software to build a "quality list" of wikis etc. So I was wondering what the best tool is to scrape links with?

I've just started using scrapebox, I was surprised how straight forward it is to use. Remember you might have to learn about proxies if you don't know them already, still not difficult.

In term of functionality, what are the main differences between Scrapebox and Gscraper? We are looking at getting Scrapebox which seem really powerful.
