What do you need for a great youtube video? Do you think that a catchy title will get someone to watch? Do people who watch videos prefer a shorter video? Just wondering what makes those that are successful on youtube that successful?

This question is kind of general but I find uploading quality content +buying views,ratings to rank your videos on the first page of youtube for your keyword is always a good strategy. Once your video is on the first page of youtube for your keyword it usually attracts normal youtube viewers. Short videos are fine to use but it really depends on your goals. I like to use keywords that I would like to rank for in my title rather then it being catchy.

*Eye - Attracting symbols on your video title
*Quality Content [ HD ]
*Nice thumbnail on your ( nicer and better than your competitors )
*More views on your video ( people may click video with more views )

I think this is the most important things.

A great title will draw people in to it. But then you need the content to make people want to watch more or watch more of your stuff. Know what you want to say and what you are going to do. Do not be one of those that sits there and says um, or where did that go? Have all your stuff ready and right there so you do not waste the viewers time.
