As i started a shit list thread before : spanner62 stolen my Facebook page
I said that the spanner62 is stolen my page. But now i found that he/she work for Donbosco

His Skype : Don.capiro
spanner62 Transferred my page to him.
How i found him ?
I Messaged him through page message from my another profile to get his skype and fb ID.
And i found his Internet username is "Donbosco" and finally today he replied to my above thread.
I request to mod/admin to take action against him before he tried to scam other member.

Return the page to the owner and chargeback to get your money.

you cant chargeback for virtual goods unless you used a credit card. If you used paypal balance you will lose under TOS covering virtual goods. Interested to see how this plays out. If Don did indeed buy this page he did nothing wrong. Morally possibly... but in the end who is going to screen the seller of a fb page in depth? Plus if he was in fact the thief then why answer an inquiry (prior to this posting if i read correctly)

In the States it's called receiving stolen goods and a criminal charge. Not until it passes twice, (thief to good guy to good guy) is the buyer exempt. The reasoning is simple; most times the first buyer knows the item is stolen, has relation with the thief or receives the item at a ridiculously low price.

This guy said he'd post proof if required that he purchased this page and BB said post the proof. Now he says why bother. I'm sure BB will explain to him why he should bother.

Don't try to be a messiah now by saying all this BULLSHIT. BB has stated that spanner62 and your Ip matches. Initially you said you do not know any spanner62 and now suddenly after BB revelation you are trying to be nice. Stealing takes you far in life but not so far that someone cannot catch you. OP must have invested so much time and dedication in setting up that page so I really feel bad for him because he came across jerks like you guys.

Both the account IPs are from same city which is from my country. In India there is no option of paying through PP to each other. Initially you claimed that you can show the PP screenshot and later came with the reason of service exchange. you both may be different person or friends residing in same city, but in order to safe guard your account you have one option of giving back the fanpage to the OP or you also will end up in loosing your BHW account.

Why don't you just give the page back.. If it was indeed for a service exchange, all you have lost is time in offering your service, if you want to keep any reputation here at BHW and do the right thing, just give back the page and take it as a lesson learnt.

After he get banned there still many can be done on the facebook page like make fb disable it and he gain nothing as well. That why he got to answer even though his BHW acc worth nothing now .
