Since most people are getting a single link, I am not sure how much you can assign the SERP increase to it since I assume their whole SEO program is not just a single link. That said, I would appreciate if those who got package deals posted any SERP increases.
I have a new site I created that doesn't even have much content yet. I linked to it from three sites that have DA51-55, one with DA47 and four more with DA32-37. I targeted a keyword that has almost 200,000 [exact] searches a month. It immediately went up to #21 on the strength of 8 good links.
Most people who truly know SEO will tell you that having strong links from unique articles on good sites with low OBL is the key to ranking and keeping the rank long-term. A few of these links are more important than thousands of bullshit links.
One of the things Google is looking for is not having links appear and disappear soon thereafter (which is a sign that you are spamming and your spam is being deleted). Having quality permanent links is the way to go.

hello mate, can i see sample website in tech/computer niche?
links is legit on a PR4 site with tons of pages indexed 22K I would definitely order again the report was received several days later after I placed the order. As far as SERPS its too early to tell but this is a link that definitely can help add authority to your site.
