Hello. I've been off the forums for quite some time to focus on school but now that I've been accepted to college and have most of my scholarships secured, I have about 3-4 months to relax and get back to the forums.


I used to contact people looking for homes on craigslist through the phone, get them to fill out a form with make sure they met certain criteria, and then I would sell the lead to a real estate agent. What's this called exactly? I know it's part as telemarketing but I want something more specific. I had a great time doing this but want to do something similar to it. Thanks!

Correct but I don't want to sell leads. I enjoy selling things/services on the phone but I am honestly lost on where to get the resources for this.

Seriously, It's you who have to decide it. A carpenter won't be able to close a software deal. Analyze in which field you find yourself more knowledgeable and do some research to find related offers/trends.

What form are you talking about and is this strictly legal? What I should say is, do you have a hard time finding real estate agents to buy these leads due to the somewhat 'greyhat' tactics?
How much did you sell each lead for?
Kudos for doing this. Takes a certain kind of person to think of something and actually do it.
