I have this medium sized niche video that I would like to put on 1st page.
How much would it cost for someone to do it for me? I already bought 15k high retention views from BigBuddy and threw in about 100 likes.

Any suggestions what I should do to rank my video myself?

There was a case study here where he built social bookmark links and social media links like facebook share, likes, tweets, retweets to the youtube video. I tried the same and my video improved from rank 10 to rank 2 in the youtube. I may add more social bookmarks but it something you definitely want to try.

Mainly Social Signals and Social Bookmarks are important to rank a video apart from views, likes, comments and subs.
Your On-page SEO i.e The video title, description, tags (very important), captions, annotations, etc. must be solid.

However, these things will rank you in YT and to some extent in Google. But, build links to the video if you want to rank in G too.
